Story

Built from procurement professionals' own needs

As long-standing public procurement professionals, we know how much work goes on behind every tender: preparing the invitation to tender, the award criteria, the reviews, the decision and the contracts – and a great deal of repetitive technical work from one procurement to the next.

Too much of that time went on routine. So we combined our procurement expertise with IT and AI expertise and built the tool we had long wanted for ourselves.

Use earlier purchase and contract data and past tender material. Market survey and the Hilma request for information in the same workspace.

Draft the procurement documents

BIDI assists with the subject matter, the requirements and the award criteria. The current requirements of the Act are built in.

Build the comparison and award the contract

BIDI checks the tenders and proposes a comparison with the reasoning behind it. The professional confirms the content of the decision.
