I have over 15 years of experience in management consulting and in numerous projects supporting public contracting entities: making procurement more efficient, developing leadership and renewing operating models.

My goal is to bring strategic thinking and efficiency across the whole procurement lifecycle. Procurement is not just an administrative obligation, but a genuine way to create value and support an organisation's core work.

I joined BIDI because tendering still consumes an unreasonable amount of specialist time without the outcome matching the investment — and the market offers no proper solutions for managing procurement.

I serve as Chair of the Board, supporting the team especially on strategy, commercialisation, and financial and funding planning.

I am among the most experienced public procurement professionals in Finland, both in practice and in law. Across hundreds of competitive tenders, the same development needs kept recurring from project to project.

My goal is for procurement to support an organisation's core work and free up resources elsewhere — to be more effective, more cost-efficient and genuinely value-creating.

We built BIDI to solve the inefficiency of the tendering process. Through it, years of my experience — particularly in large supply and equipment procurements — are available to everyone.

I am among the most experienced public procurement specialists in Finland, with over ten years in procurement and procurement law. I know from practice where procurement works and where it becomes needlessly difficult.

My expertise centres on demanding procurements and on data law. It is not only about complying with regulation, but about actually using data to produce a better outcome. A well-run procurement supports operations and saves time; a poorly run one drains resources for nothing.

I joined in founding BIDI because consulting is changing and I do not want merely to adapt to it. Expert work has to become more practical, faster and easier to put to use — and tendering has to take less time and energy.

I have over 20 years of experience in technology leadership across fintech, digital post and other regulated services: building R&D teams, modernising architectures and taking demanding services to market.

GDPR, accessibility and information security are design work to me, not a form to be filled in afterwards. In public procurement, regulation is likewise a starting point, not an obstacle.

My goal at BIDI is to make technology the part a user never has to think about: secure and scalable from its foundations, and easy enough that no one has to learn new routines.

I joined because tendering swallows specialist time on work a machine does better — time that is needed where human judgement decides the outcome.

I have over 30 years of experience in IT: software development, product design and leading technology organisations, in agile startups and large corporations alike. In recent years my focus has been on applying AI and building AI-native products.

My goal at BIDI is to bring the real potential of AI into renewing public procurement — at the core of the solution, not as a superficial add-on. The technology has to be durable and scalable, and it has to genuinely change how the work is done.

I joined because few teams combine this depth of domain understanding with a genuine appetite for renewal. Add modern AI technology to that, and the situation becomes truly interesting.

My goal as BIDI's technical advisor is to support the team in making technology a genuinely effective tool: technically durable and scalable, but above all user-led and built to last.
