Impact tools

A new way to make public procurement more effective starts here

We believe the next big change in public procurement comes from bringing genuinely new tools, data and ways of working to the running of tenders — the means for contracting entities to make better, more effective procurements that create real value. By these tools we do not mean AI: it is already accounted for in full as part of the tendering system we offer.

Why impact tools

Procurement is not a single tender but a whole that can be managed

We have built, and go on building, something into our tendering system that we call impact tools. They are not small additions to an existing tendering system. They are designed to change how public procurement is planned, tendered, monitored and developed in the future.

Our aim is to make procurement more purposeful, more measurable and continuously improving. Procurement is no longer seen as a single tender but as a whole whose success can be managed on the basis of data, objectives and the impact actually achieved. At the same time more useful information can be gathered about bidders and about the market than before. That helps contracting entities understand what the market is really capable of, spot new opportunities and plan future procurements better.

Our procurement specialists keep developing further impact tools together with contracting entities and the market. Our aim is not merely to build a better tendering system but to change the whole world of public procurement.

Several impact tools will be released for contracting entities during the autumn of 2026.

The first impact tool

The first impact tool is out now: a product register for healthcare organisations

We have developed our first impact tool, the healthcare product register, in close cooperation with bidders, so that it answers the real state of the market as closely as possible and creates significant benefit for bidders as well as for contracting entities.

With the healthcare product register the same product data runs seamlessly from market research to hand over. A contracting entity can run a market survey in minutes, carry the product-specific requirements automatically into the invitation to tender, compare the tenders in minutes thanks to standardised data, and define the information needed for hand over with a single click.

Get in touch and we will tell you more. The first pilots of the healthcare product register start in the autumn of 2026.
